How does the bexio integration work?
Mailer connects directly to your bexio account via the official API. Once configured, it automatically detects your new invoices and other documents and sends them according to your rules. No technical installation required.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There is no commitment period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
Is my data secure?
The security of your data is our top priority. All data is hosted in Switzerland on secure servers. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications. Your bexio credentials are never stored in plain text.
How long does setup take?
Initial setup takes about 5 to 10 minutes. You simply need to connect your bexio account, configure your sending preferences, and create your first email templates. Our setup wizard guides you step by step.
Is support available in English?
Yes. Support is provided in French, German, English and Italian the four languages of the interface. Write to us from the help page in your account; we do not distinguish support levels by plan.
Can I use my own email address for sending?
Yes, on every plan: configuring the sender is not restricted to any tier. You send from your own address (for example billing@yourcompany.ch), either through our sending server or through your own service Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Amazon SES or any SMTP server.
