• Your customers' data from bexio: name, e-mail address, number, title and amount of your invoices, offers and orders
• Access token to your bexio account, encrypted, for as long as the connection is active
• Credentials for your sending server, encrypted, if you configure one
• The content of your e-mail templates
• E-mail address and IP address of newsletter subscribers, even without an account

Your customers' data does not belong to us. We host it on your behalf, on your instruction, and we use it for nothing other than the sending you ask for. You remain responsible for it towards the people concerned.

Data is used for:

• Account creation and management
• Service provision
• Billing and payments
• Improving user experience

Data is kept only for as long as necessary. It is hosted in Switzerland. It is passed to bexio, where it comes from and where your documents return, to your sending server or ours to deliver your e-mails, and to our payment provider. None of it is sold or passed on for advertising. These transfers are made with guarantees compliant with the Swiss data protection act.

In accordance with the nFADP, you have the following rights:

This site only sets the cookies it needs to work: your session and form protection. No trackers, no analytics.

The banner that announces them is informative, not a consent form: there is nothing to refuse, and without the session cookie you could not sign in. Should an audience measurement tool ever be added, this page and the banner would become a genuine request for consent again.

This policy may be updated. Any change is published on this page, and the last updated date shown above is corrected.
